TASTING NOTES
This Chardonnay has a beautiful straw yellow colour.
The nose is fresh, with hints of honeysuckle and lemongrass.
In the mouth it has a good body and a marked minerality, highlighted by an important acid vein.
PAIRINGS
Oysters, salads, carbonara pasta, white meats.
Serve at 8-10°C.
