Zibibbo PGI Sicily 50 cl H F I
These are the three aromatic vines traditionally used by the Intorcia family to produce their fortified wines. Delicate, moderately sweet, the various typical scents of these vines stand out: citrus fruits, honey, apricot jam, dried figs, raisins, caramelized almonds.
To be served fresh (8°/10°), they can be combined with all types of desserts: baked desserts, ricotta-based desserts, dry desserts and almond-based desserts. Excellent to accompany dark chocolate. You can dare as an aperitif with mature and spicy cheeses.
