Voria Orange sur lie PGI Terre Siciliane 75 cl Porta del Vento
Sparkling wine made from Catarratto and Grillo grapes, grown in an organic/biodynamic regime and harvested by hand in small crates. Macerated separately on the skins, assembled and aged together for 6 months in a concrete tank. Refermented in the bottle with the addition of must to the base wine. Unfiltered and undisgorged, with the presence of yeasts in the bottle.
