WINE MAKING
As in the tradition of the Rhône valley in France this Viognier is vinified with 12 hours of contact with the skin at 4°C and subsequently fermented in steel for 20 days at 12-14°C - 3 months of aging with weekly bâtonnage.
TASTING NOTES
Bright golden yellow color. Complex and intense nose characterized by aromas of apricots, yellow peaches, white flowers, spices and honey. On the palate the sweet, exotic aromatic intensity is replicated with an important and harmonious acidity.
PAIRINGS
Sushi, oysters, shellfish, seafood salad.
Serve at 10-12°C.
