Vin Santo Torgiano Vin Santo DOC 37,5 cl Lungarotti

Type: white raisin wine for meditation.
Colour: amber with bright golden reflections.
Aroma: intense aromatic notes reminiscent of apricot, dried fig and white jam; notes of honey and yellow flowers in the finish.
Taste: balanced sugar concentration, with slightly citrus acidity and intense fruity notes; long persistence in the finish and refined sweetness.
Alcohol: 14.50% Vol.
Consumption: if well preserved, it has a long life; serve at 16° C.
Pairing: mature cheeses, blue cheeses and foie gras as well as, of course, dry desserts and apple tarts and strudels.
