VINIFICATION: The grapes are destemmed and crushed followed by cold maceration for approximately 24 hours and soft pressing with closed lung pneumatic presses and subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature. MATURATION: Maturation in steel can have a variable duration, from six months to a year. Final refinement in bottle approximately 3 months
