Organoleptic description:
Straw yellow wine with golden reflections .
The nose is intense and complex: it releases iodine and flint notes, with a strong presence of ripe fruit with yellow pulp. In the mouth it is enveloping, broad and intensely mineral with strong flavor. Compared to the other two Crus, it is characterized by the great balance between softness and hardness.

Pairing:
The freshness and flavor of this wine mean that it pairs very well with fatty dishes. Ideal with seafood, grilled fish and fresh cheeses, but also with more structured dishes such as white meats in sauce.

Serving temperature: 10 – 12 °C
Contains sulphites.
