Organoleptic description:
Straw yellow wine with golden reflections .
Intense and complex nose: releases delicate iodine and flint notes, with hints of honey, acacia, broom and barley. Enveloping, ample and intensely mineral in the mouth, with a predominant note of softness that distinguishes it from other crus.

Pairing:
The freshness and flavor of this wine mean that it goes very well with good with fatty dishes.
Ideal with seafood, grilled fish and fresh cheeses but also with more structured dishes such as white meats in sauce.

Serving temperature: 10 – 12 °C
