Organoleptic description:
Straw yellow wine with golden reflections .
Intense and complex on the nose: it releases delicate iodine and flint notes, with hints of wild fennel, thyme and Mediterranean scrub. Enveloping, broad and intensely mineral in the mouth, with a predominant acidity that distinguishes it from other Crus.

Pairings:
The freshness and flavor of this wine mean that it pairs very well with fatty dishes.
Ideal with seafood, grilled fish and fresh cheeses but also with more structured dishes such as white meats in sauce.

Serving temperature: 10 – 12 °C
