BOUQUET The sweetness of the blackberry and morello cherry cover the typical vegetal notes of Cabernet, demonstrating an incredible maturity of pulp and an important extraction.
PAIRINGS Wine that pairs perfectly with coquillages and shellfish as with any type of white meat and of structured preparation (even smoked).
FLAVOR In the mouth, all the complexity, envelopingness, silkiness and structure of the wine expand with incredible finesse and elegance, giving rise to sensations of caressing voluptuousness. Amazing when aged for several - ten or more - years.
