Type: white – Etna DOC Production area Municipality of Zafferana Etnea, eastern slope of Etna. Lava soil with a sandy texture. Deep, rich in minerals, the lava soil allows a strong expansion of the root system of the plant; the altitude between 600 – 700 m. above sea level Vinification In white, at controlled temperature. Aged for 6 months in steel and 2 months in the bottle.
