VINIFICATION
Fermentation of the blend in barriques and subsequent elevation in the same for 11 months.
Further 6-12 months of refinement in the bottle.
Suitable for good aging.

Cernetigh, 0.90 hectares, hillside location; soil: Eocene marl; SSE exposure; altitude 180-225 m; owned.

Verduzzo Friulano di Cialla.
AGEING
At the producer: three years of which 12 months of maturation in barriques and 24 months of aging in the bottle.
With the buyer: suitable for good aging.
Particular vintages can reach and exceed, in crescendo, 25 years.
COLOR
Golden yellow with rapid amber reflections.
TEMPERATURE
10-12°C.
Contains sulphites.
