Vanedda Bianco Terre Siciliane IGP 75 cl Az Agricola Cortese
Vanedda is the union of two classic Sicilian grapes: Catarratto and Grillo, which are fermented on the skins just like they used to do in the past.
Immediately after the harvest, carried out rigorously by hand, the temperature of the still intact grapes is lowered to 10° for at least 24 hours.
The delicate destemming is followed by fermentation on the skins for at least 2 days. Fermentation takes place in 30 hl oak barrels.
The wine rests on the fine fermentation yeasts for at least 7 months followed by 6 months of rest in the bottle.
Contains sulphites.
