Type: fresh white.

Grapes: Vermentino, Grechetto and Trebbiano harvested in the first week of September.
Colour: bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: delicate and persistent hints of white fruit (fruit salad, pear, peach) with citrus notes; fragrant and very fresh in the finish with an almond finish.
Taste: dry and with good structure, it has an elegant attack, a fresh and fragrant evolution with a pleasant acidulous note; maintains a long fruity persistence and a very refreshing finish with citrus notes.
Alcohol: 12% Vol.
Consumption: serve at 12°-14°C to best capture the taste and aromas.
Pairing: excellent aperitif paired with bruschetta and crostini, elegantly accompanies pasta with vegetables, pasta with fish, cream soups with seasonal vegetables, both raw and grilled fish and seafood, rich salads, octopus and potato salad, pasta with sardines, soft cheeses and
butchery products.
