Tirsat Chardonnay-Viognier Igt Terre siciliane 75 cl Chardonnay and Viognier in blend at 50%. The only wine of Gurra di Mare, the other Sicilian company of the Domini Castellare di Castellina, with vineyards as far as the beach of Porto Palo (Menfi). A "heroic" viticulture where the winemaker must pay meticulous attention to the plants to obtain grapes with exceptional aromas and a marked sapidity due to the proximity of the sea. 6 months of permanence on the lees (batonnage) for a wine that keeps complexity and freshness in balance.
