Winmaking, Maturation, Aging – Brief contact on the skins, after cleaning the must obtained from soft pressing and the grafting of selected yeasts, it ferments in stainless steel vats at a constant temperature of 15°. Once the fermentations are finished, the refinement continues on the yeasts for a few months, followed by refinement in glass.
