A beautiful intense straw yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, evident notes of white fruit, ripe pear and white melon, closes with a complex finish where an aromatic vegetable spiciness emerges that is very reminiscent of lemon balm. On the palate it highlights an important structure, enhanced by a beautiful acidic note that supports the gustatory persistence.
