COLOUR: Brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections.
SMELL: Structured with aromatic notes of ripe fruit and a slight hint of nettle.
PALATE: Dry, with a mineral note and a pleasant acidity, harmonic and balanced.
GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS: Served at a temperature of 6° C, it forms a perfect union with very refined menus, especially those based on fish or asparagus.
