Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Production Area: Central - Southern Sicily Agrigento – Caltanissetta, between the Valley of the Temples and the Nisseni Hills
Production System: Espalier, on silty-sandy and calcareous soils of medium texture with a planting density of 4200 plants per hectare with a yield of 90 q.
Vinification: Maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature of 15° C and fermentation in vats of stainless steel.
Refinement: 3 months in barrique.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Gastronomic matches: Excellent as an aperitif, but gives its best with seafood appetizers, with pasta with seafood, and fries.
Serve at 8 - 9 °C.
