Tasting Notes
Color: golden straw yellow, clear and bright with slight greenish reflections.

Bouquet: large and sophisticated bouquet, in which mineral and floral notes (broom) stand out, accompanied by hints of apricot and pear. Closes on a light balsamic note of menthol and spices such as white pepper.

Taste: fresh, intense and with good persistence. Surprising on the finish with a marked minerality, which already announces itself on the nose.
