The pure Insolia of the Sciare di Est line comes from hilly vineyards in the Agrigento area, located 350 meters above sea level.

Vineyards located in the areas of Santa Margherita Belice (AG) and in the at 350 m above sea level.

Harvest

Manual harvesting of the grapes in the first ten days of September.

IN THE CELLAR

Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at check.

Aging: in stainless steel tanks for a few months.
