The Sciare di Est line offers 100% Catarratto, a wine with a fruity aroma that comes from vineyards raised on the east side of Etna,
at 600 meters above sea level. It is a wine capable of best expressing the personality of the grapes and the geographical area in which they grow.
Its delicate orange blossom aromas and a dry and fragrant body go well with fish-based dishes.
SOIL
Vineyards on volcanic soils on the eastern side of the Volcano at 600 meters above sea level sea.
Harvest
Manual harvesting of the grapes in the first ten days of October.
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C.
Aging: in stainless steel barrels for a few months.
The Sciare di Est Catarratto wines are born on volcanic slopes and collect all the character of the territory from their grapes.
They are wines with an intense bouquet of flowers and fruits that recall Sicily and its eastern area.
