Sauvignon Varietal White Wine 75 cl Aganis
A well-balanced, sophisticated white wine with never excessive alcohol content. It combines floral hints with pleasant fruity notes of grapefruit and passion fruit, but also apple and lime.
In the mouth it demonstrates excellent freshness and persistence, very pleasant.

GRADE: 13% vol.

HARVEST: Early September;
VINIFICATION: First fermentation 15-17°C with selected yeasts;
TEMPERATURE SERVING: 8 - 10 °C;
