Vine variety: 100% Sauvignon bianco.
Production Area: Cormons (Gorizia).
Harvest: Manual in small boxes at the end of August
Elaboration: Crushing of the whole grapes and soft pressing. Cold clarification by gravity alone of the free-run must. Fermentation in oak barrels where the wine remains for approximately eight months. No malolactic fermentation.
Contains sulphites.
