Sauvignon DOC 75 cl Colutta

A very particular clone selected in Friuli a few years ago has made Sauvignon one of the jewels of Friulian winemaking. The wine is light yellow in color tending towards greenish. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with asparagus, tomato-based dishes, shellfish, risottos and vegetable soups. It is drunk fresh at 10-12°C.
