Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most appreciated still white wines in the world. Our version has a good aroma and a pleasant softness, without exceeding the alcohol content. Varietal, complex, fine aroma, with evident citrus notes of pink grapefruit, pineapple, yellow pepper and nuances of tomato leaf and forest. The light aging in wood gives it an intense and voluminous flavour, with a good balance between structure and acidity and a persistent finish.
