PAIRINGS By virtue of its extreme elegance and balance it lends itself to being excellently combined with international cuisine dishes (Mexican, Korean, Indian above all), as well as sushi and sashimi, variously prepared fish dishes (crudités, fish tartare, various crustaceans and molluscs), vegetable and white meat soups, fresh cheeses and mushrooms. A great white wine also as an aperitif.
FLAVOUR Soft glycerine expression, broad and unexpected consistency. Freshness and pulp of the fruit work in harmony to support the pseudo-caloric and material sensation of the wine.
