ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
With a pale straw yellow colour, enhances an intense olfactory spectrum with marked memories of nettle, elderberry and apricot.
The taste is fresh, persistent and of good quality.

Particularly suitable with onion soup, baked fish, snails and asparagus dishes.
