Produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes. The production area is Calino di Cazzago San Martino.

The hilly area of morainic origin, rich in stones that reflect the heat during the day, accelerates the maturation phase.

TASTING: The perfume develops an intensity of aromas rich in white and complex flowers of ripe fruit and citrus fruits. The color is straw yellow with green reflections, creamy foam and fine and persistent perlage.
The flavor is full, soft, intense and spicy, creamy with marked flavor.
PAIRINGS: Due to its complexity it can be served at any time.
It is perfect with shellfish, caviar, raw fish, fish and white meats. Ideal for creating atmosphere during aperitifs between meals and in the most important meetings.
