Produced exclusively with white grapes, it is the result of a skilful blend of Chardonnay (90%) and Pinot Blanc (10%).
TASTING: The perfume develops rich and complex aromas of white flowers and ripe fruit.
The color is intense straw yellow, with creamy foam and fine and persistent perlage.
It has a soft, elegant and gentle flavor due to the lower quantity of dissolved carbon dioxide.
PAIRINGS: Due to its characteristics it can be served at any time of the day.
It is perfect with shellfish, caviar, raw fish, delicate fish. Ideal for creating atmosphere during aperitifs between meals and in the most important meetings.
