DESCRIPTION
The notes of the sunny Tuscan climate make this Pinot Grigio a rich, warm and particularly pleasant wine.
Pale straw yellow colour. The scents of apple, peach and citrus fruit come together to create an intense, floral and fresh scent. In the mouth it is pleasantly fresh and tasty.

TECHNICAL NOTES
Soil: area that develops on pebbles, silt and sand and gives rise to deep soils, with a small skeleton.
Training system: high cordon
Fermentation : at a controlled temperature (13-15°) in steel vats for approximately 3 months
Alcohol: 12.5%
Suggested serving temperature: 10-12°C.
Contains sulphites.
