Description: Wine of a brilliant bright golden yellow. The nose reveals its island origins, the impact is very fine with clear salty and slightly vegetal notes, a decisive fruitiness of ripe yellow fruit and citrus holes with nuances of vanilla and butter. Mouth pleasantly marked by good freshness and sapidity in perfect balance with the softness and warmth of the alcohol; good persistence and great harmony.

PAIRING: Ideal with spaghetti with sea urchins and pasta with sardines.
