Wine: Ribolla Gialla.
Geographical Area: DOC Collio.
Vine variety: Ribolla Gialla (100%).
Production Area: Cormons (Gorizia).
Harvest: Manually in small boxes in the second half of September.
Elaboration: Crushing of the whole grapes and soft pressing. Cold clarification by gravity only. Separation of flower juice and pressed juice. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels where the wine remains for approximately 9 months. Malolactic fermentation partially carried out. Gentle filtration at the time of bottling.
Contains sulphites.
