Ribolla Gialla DOC 75 cl Colutta
This wine originates from the Ribolla Gialla vines, already known at the time of the Renaissance and considered by connoisseurs of the time to be very precious and noble. Vinification: soft pressing, refrigeration and cleaning of the must. Fermentation takes place in steel barrels at a controlled temperature (around 17°C) with the addition of selected yeasts which favor the development of the characteristic aromas and aromas. Characteristics of this wine are the low alcohol content (it hardly exceeds 12.5 degrees) and the marked acidity which generates freshness and longevity.
