• VARIETY: Inzolia – Viogner;

• PRODUCTION AREA: Sambuca di Sicilia, AG;
• VINEYARDS: The calcareous soil and the proximity of Lake Arancio , create excellent drainage allowing the vines to reach the depths of nutrients and water, giving minerality and fresh acidity to the wine.
• VINIFICATION: The very healthy grapes are pressed very softly and the must is fermented in small tanks in stainless steel, thus obtaining a particularly aromatic and long-lasting wine. It refines in stainless steel and is bottled in January, maintaining its aroma and freshness unaltered.
• SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS: The wine has a bright straw yellow colour. Dry, full, fragrant, well balanced, harmonious, with typical aromatic notes of Grillo, combined with notes of yeast and sweet almond.
• PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif, to accompany fish crostini, ideal for any meal.
• SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C;
