• VINEYARDS: The calcareous soil and the proximity of Lake Arancio create excellent drainage allowing the vines to reach the depths of nutrients and water, giving minerality and fresh acidity to the wine.
• VINIFICATION: The very healthy grapes are pressed very softly and the must is fermented in small stainless steel tanks , thus obtaining a particularly aromatic and long-lasting wine. It refines in stainless steel and is bottled in January, maintaining its aroma and freshness unaltered.
• SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS: The wine has a bright straw yellow colour. Dry, full, fragrant, well balanced, harmonious, with aromatic notes typical of Grillo, combined with notes of yeast and sweet almond.
• PAIRINGS. Excellent as an aperitif, to accompany fish crostini, ideal for any meal.
• SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C.
