Poggio Triale Lazio IGP 75 cl Tenuta La Pazzaglia
The Poggio Triale wine is a superb Grechetto produced in the north-eastern hills of Tuscia which slope down towards the Tiber Valley.
Grapes: 100% Grechetto G5
Organoleptic aspects: Deep straw-coloured white wine, from intense aroma of almond, broom and tomato leaf. The long processing on the lees is however supported by a good balance between acidity and structure.
Pairings: The fullness and complexity of this wine make it a wine for the whole meal which requires a few minutes of oxygenation to be able to express its vigor in the glass and the expression of long and careful processing.
Alcohol content: 15.5% Vol.
Contains sulphites.
