Colour: Straw yellow with typical greenish reflections.
Nose: Broad, complex, with notes of wild flowers, lavender, sage, fresh fruit such as citrus fruits, white peach and apricot.
Palate: Fresh, mineral, intense with a nice body balanced by important acidity of very long persistence.
Serving temperature: 8 - 10 °C
Contains sulphites.
