ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
Straw yellow colour, presents complex and refined aromas dominated by hints of yellow pulp fruit, in particular ripe pear, which give elegance and refinement. The taste is full, with a personal character, supported by good acidity and persistent flavour.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Perfect with pasta first courses with white meat sauces and risottos in various interpretations, it is enhanced with grilled fish, shellfish in sauce, white meats and tasty cheeses. To be tried with the delicately spiced preparations of oriental cuisines.
