Pinot Grigio Ramato DOC 75 cl Colutta
The grape variety of this wine derives from a mutation of Pinot Noir and has reached its maximum expression in our Friulian hills with a great balance between body and aromas. The color is "copper" and is obtained by keeping the skins in contact with the must for a short period before fermentation in order to extract the color. It is therefore not an "Orange wine". It is delicious with appetizers and fish. But it is also suitable for soups and meats cooked at a temperature of 10-12°C.
