TASTING NOTES
This exotic example of Pinot Gris has a straw yellow colour.
The nose is fresh and clean with clear fruity notes of pears, green apples and white peaches.
In the mouth we find the scents of the nose with citrus notes and an acidity that makes it balanced and fragrant.

First courses, risotto alla marinara with clams and mussels.
Serve at 8-10°C.
