ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
The bright straw yellow color introduces heady aromas of white pulp fruit, mainly pear and ripe apple, with floral and citrus nuances. It is dynamic and energetic in the mouth, with freshness dictating the rhythm and flavor supporting the aromatic symphony which is enriched with tropical notes at the end.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, it is a wine with Extreme versatility, combining with numerous courses, from seafood appetizers to fish-based first courses, tasty soups and white meats. Try the encounter with exotic cuisines with a spicy spiciness.
