BOUQUET The nose has notes of tropical fruit and pear. White flowers, hawthorn above all, tropical fruit and hazelnuts integrate the aromatic spectrum of the wine.
PAIRINGS The ideal marriage for this wine is represented by fish. From the warm mixed appetizer, typical of the Adriatic, to boiled fish in general, from preparations (always fish) with pasta and legumes, to grilled and fried foods. Also excellent with soups, vegetable flans and light appetizers.
FLAVOR In the mouth, the soft and elegant sensations are fully conveyed by a very large and deep fruit, supported by excellent freshness and a full-length finish.
