ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
The straw yellow color with light greenish reflections introduce a floral scent of wisteria and fruity green apple;
the taste is dry, with good acidity, persistent and delicately mineral.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Ideal for light appetizers, it pairs excellently with freshwater fish, shellfish creams and asparagus.
