From ancient Greek f??? (pho¯s) light, this name was chosen with the aim of maintaining the link with the Hellenic tradition that colonized our Messina coasts, giving rise to the cultivation of grapes and thus generating a parallel between light and the D.O.C. lighthouse. which represents the crown jewel of the company.

Nerello Mascalese and Chardonnay grown with the 4.0 agriculture method and with organic certification.
Production area
Sicily, in the Municipality of Messina, precisely in the village of Gesso at approximately 200m above sea level. in medium-textured, predominantly chalky soils.

Organoleptic characteristics
Wine with a lively pale yellow colour, generating great olfactory energy with elegant citrus notes and broom flowers that intertwine with each other in an explosive union, which enhance the delicate chalky and iodine notes, on the palate a vertical entry of great freshness immediately balanced by a good width on the palate, a juicy finish thanks to the pleasant flavor.
