Petite Arvine Valle d'Aosta DOP 75 cl Les Cretes
Grape variety: white, Petite Arvine 100% traditional variety
Annual production: 25,000 bottles.
Winification: refrigeration and soft whole bunch pressing of the grapes, 12-day fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature for 14 °C. Aging “sur lies” for 2 months.
Sensory notes: bright, straw yellow. Floral nose (jasmine, peony), with notes of apple, plum and citrus fruits. Savory, balanced flavour, with mineral nuances.
Serving temperature: 8/10 °C.
Recommended pairings: marinated tuna carpaccio, linguine with pesto, salted sea bream, salmon trout with herbs, suitable also as an aperitif.
Contains sulphites.
