Pecorino Colline Pescaresi 75 cl Nic Tartaglia
White wine obtained from a historic, generous and eclectic vine, compared by some to Riesling due to its high acidity.
The vine, which finds its cradle of origin in the area bordering Abruzzo and the Marche, was rediscovered in the 90s, and then spread and established itself.
In our case, it is vinified in purity, without maceration on the skins and in steel. The grapes come from the recent 2016 row planting of the Puzzella vineyard.
Very important acid shoulder, characterized by its freshness, flavor and minerality, with strong mineral and exotic fruit notes on the nose.
The palate is fresh, with an important body despite being a white wine. Excellent with more complex and fatty fish dishes and white meats.
Contains sulphites.
