Our Catarratto, an ancient autochthonous variety, is born from a young vineyard, which stands out for its extraordinary freshness and flavor, an intense aroma and a marked acidity. The elegant notes of orange blossom and fresh fruit with white pulp, combined with hints of aromatic herbs, make this white wine an excellent proposal to accompany fish dishes.

VINIFICATION. In white, with destemming-crushing, soft pressing, static decanting, fermentation at controlled temperature (13-14 ° C).

AGING. 6 months in steel and 2 months in bottle.

ALCOHOL CONTENT. 12-13%.
