Colour: Deep golden yellow.
Aroma: Particularly fruity and floral, very intense with hints of peach, rose, honey, dried apricot, magnolia, pineapple, wild fennel, toasted hazelnut, candied fruit and broom.
Taste: Dry, warm, very soft, full-bodied, with good freshness and strong aromatic persistence which amplifies the notes perceived by the nose.
Pairings
Wine suitable to accompany pate de fois gras, blue cheeses and mature cheeses, kid rennet and excellent meditation companion.
