COLOR: Intense straw yellow with golden reflections of excellent liveliness.
BOUQUET: The olfactory sensations open with citrus hints of mandarin and then quince. The floral scents lead us to white flowers and wild thyme. A touch of vanilla, hints of small pastries, nutmeg and coffee bean define the tertiary notes.
FLAVOUR: Mineral, savory, deep and persistent. The nose/mouth correspondence in the retro-olfactory sensations is pleasant.
PAIRING: First courses of fresh pasta with fondue and truffle. White game.
